I will be making Espresso Scones with a Strawberry and Vanilla Compote. Also available is my take on Devonshire Cream. It is similar to Clotted or Thick Cream, flavored with Vanilla and folded with a Chantilly cream. It is lush and just the right level of sweet and savory.
