This week I am making my take on Classic Minestrone Soup with Ground Pork, Spinach, Zucchini, Tomato, Ditali Pasta, Garlic and Seasonings (herbs and spices)

This soup is Dairy Free and can be made Gluten Free.

This soup is served in either a 500 ml Deli Container which is perfect for a healthy lunch, or two appetizer portions, or a 1000 ml container, for a couple of meals!
